Returns and Exchanges

Because most SpreeShop items are custom-made specifically for you, the return policy is different from typical retail. Here is what to expect.

Each store on SpreeShop has its own return policy. The policy described here is the general default. Always check the specific store's policy or contact them directly for clarification.

Custom and Personalized Items

Items that include personalization (your name, number, custom artwork) are made specifically for you and are generally not returnable or exchangeable unless:

  • The item was made incorrectly by the shop (wrong name, wrong number, wrong color, printing defect)
  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item entirely

If any of these apply, contact the shop within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. The shop will typically offer a replacement or refund at no charge to you.

Non-Customized Items

Items without personalization (blank spirit wear, generic designs, accessories) may be returnable for the wrong size or other reasons depending on the store's policy. Contact the shop to ask — some shops will accept size exchanges on non-personalized items if the item is unwashed and has tags attached.

Ordered the Wrong Size?

If you ordered the wrong size on a personalized item, the shop may not be able to do a direct exchange (since the item was made with your name/number). However, some shops will work with you on a case-by-case basis, especially for youth size mistakes. Contact the shop as soon as you realize the issue — before the item ships if possible.

Contacting the Shop

All return and exchange requests should be made directly to the shop that produced your order — not to SpreeShop. The shop's contact information is:

  • In your order confirmation email (look for "Questions? Contact [Shop Name]")
  • On the storefront under the Contact or Help link in the footer
