Logging In

Navigate to spreeshop.xyz/admin and enter the email address and password you used during signup. If your organization requires it, you may be prompted for a two-factor authentication (2FA) code after entering your password.

Tip

Forgot your password? Click Forgot Password on the login screen to receive a reset link. Resets expire after 1 hour.

Dashboard Tour

After logging in you land on the Store Dashboard. Here is what you will see:

Revenue snapshot — Today, this week, and this month at the top of the page.
Recent orders — A live feed of the last 10 orders with status badges. Click any row to open the full order detail.
Production summary — A mini-Kanban showing how many orders are in each production stage right now.
Fundraising progress — If you have active fundraising stores, goal progress is shown here.
Left sidebar — Navigate to Orders, Production, Proofs, Quotes, Group Orders, Leagues, B2B Accounts, Products, Analytics, and Settings.

Note

If you are a platform admin (managing multiple shops), you will see a top-level platform dashboard instead of a single store dashboard. Use the store switcher in the top-left to work within a specific shop.

First Steps Checklist

Here are the four things to do before sharing your store link with customers:

Set store branding — Go to Settings → Branding. Upload your logo, set your store name, and pick your primary brand color. This is what customers see on every page of your storefront.
Add your first product — Go to Products → Add Product. Give it a name, upload a mockup image, set your print areas, add color and size variants, and set the base price. See the Products guide for full details.
Configure pricing and shipping — Go to Settings → Pricing to set quantity break tiers, and Settings → Shipping to add your shipping methods and rates.
Place a test order — Open your storefront (click View Store in the top navigation bar) and walk through the full checkout flow as a customer. Use a test card number (4242 4242 4242 4242, any future expiry) to place a real test order in Stripe test mode.

Warning

Make sure your Stripe account is connected and in live mode before sharing your store publicly. Orders placed while Stripe is in test mode will not capture real payments.

Admin Roles

SpreeShop has two admin role levels:

Store Admin — Manages a single storefront. Can do everything on this page except creating new stores or managing billing.
Platform Admin — Manages all storefronts on the account. Has access to the platform-level analytics and can invite new shop owners to set up their own stores via email.
